Absolutely. Log in, open My Bookings, and choose Cancel or Reschedule.
If you cancel on time or an artist can't deliver the service, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We accept credit/debit cards, any bank card supported by Stripe.
Yes. All transactions are handled by Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance—ChicCharm never stores your card details.
Unfortunately, given the nature of our businesses, we will not be offering deposits at this current point in time. We may endeavour to offer deposits in the future.
The listed price is what you pay. Our commission is built in and deducted from the artist's payout—no hidden fees for clients.
Artists receive payouts to their nominated bank account every Friday. A detailed invoice (including ChicCharm's commission) is emailed after each job.
Yes. All artists will have their phone numbers and emails embedded. From here, you're able to get in contact with the artist.

Tap Join as an Artist in the header, complete the enrollment form, and upload portfolio images. Anyone can become an artist. There is no moderation on who becomes an artist.
